the following day was a sunday and someone had forced the side door open so the sliding doors did not work. i called the emergency number and spoke to Terry. he told me he would make some calls but no one ever came. luckily I was able to use that side door. i had hired movers so if that would not work i would have been in trouble. Ken is great at the office and was great to work with.

Great communication. Great area to reserve a storage unit. Facility provides carts for move in process.

Wonderful facility. Needs to be gated with secured entry to the parking lot. Feels unsafe at night while in the parking lot loading/unloading. The flatbeds are cumbersome to push. Needs attention. Otherwise wonderful facility.

New, clean, well organized and large facility with great security and friendly, informative staff.
